Measuring Vibration and Reporting Automation

The LVL237 Vibration automation is a software specifically designed for architectural industries. It is powerful and easy-to-use software for creating vibration report, modify anomaly values, and print vibration report. It helps architectural engineers in laying the foundation for a multi storey building.

Vibration Automation Scope

The client uses specialized vibration measuring equipment and an associated software (BlastWare Tool) to study Vibration data at their construction sites at different times of the day and year. The data collected is analyzed and a vibration report is written as a word document. The process of analyzing the vibration data and writing of the report is done manually and the process is repetitive in nature for various clients and for various sites where the data is collected.

Benefits of the Project

It has been observed that the manual processing often takes more time, is less cost-effective and is open to human error. Further it restricts the client in venturing into new businesses as majority of the time by the staff is spend on doing manual and laborious work. In light of the above issues, LVL237 proposes to automate this entire process of generating the Vibration Report with the help of a user friendly graphical user interface (GUI).
